Welcome to Startup School 2 – AI for Green Solidarity, an initiative designed to support and nurture budding entrepreneurs on their journey to success. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Terms and Conditions for StartUp School 2 Project:

Class Schedule:

a. Participants must adhere to the specified time and topics of classes as outlined in the provided table on the official website. eligibility criteria

b. Any requests for changes to class schedules will not be entertained.

c. Participants must attend at least 70% of both online and offline classes to remain eligible for the competition. The participation of team members in classes will be monitored, controlled, and duly noted.

d. Failure to meet the attendance requirement may result in removal from the competition.

Team Composition:

a. Teams must meet eligibility criteria, including the maximum number of team members.

b. Teams cannot change or add members after the specified deadline for team modifications.

c. Any changes made after the deadline will not be considered.

d. Participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor throughout the program. Any form of harassment or unethical behavior will result in immediate disqualification.

Document Submission:

a. Team leaders and members are required to submit all necessary documents and information by the given deadline.

b. Failure to submit the required documents or information will result in the teams losing their chance for the relevant offer.

International Teams:

a. Teams from different countries are welcome to join the hackathon and offline classes.

b. However, accommodation and travel costs to Baku will not be covered by our organization for teams from different countries.

Visa Responsibilities:

a. The 1st place winner is responsible for arranging and financing their visa to the USA.

b. The organization holds no responsibility if a team member fails to obtain a visa.

c. If a team member does not obtain a visa by the estimated time of the journey, the organizer will not change the date of the journey.

Team Members Going to USA:

a. Only two members of the winning project will have the opportunity to travel to the USA.

b. The date of the journey to the USA or other foreign countries will be decided by the organizer. If the date is not acceptable for the team, their participation will be canceled.

Partner Awards and Opportunities

a. Awards or opportunities provided by our partners may have their own eligibility and requirement lists. Teams must adhere to the rules set by partners for any additional awards or opportunities.

b. Failure to submit the required documents within the given timeframe will result in not receiving the award or opportunity.

Promotional Use of Project Details:

a. The organizers may use project details and outcomes for promotional purposes, with proper attribution.

By participating in Startup School 2, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of your participation in the program.
