The next trainings on the “Marketing” module were organized within the framework of the “Startup School 4: Five Continents, 500 Startups” global innovation program implemented by the “Enterprise Azerbaijan” portal, operated by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication. The “Founder Identity Workshop” trainings were conducted by Beliz Bediz Sinan, co-founder of the “BeHumbo” company operating in Estonia.

Within the two-part sessions, extensive discussions were held on the topics of forming the personal brand of startup founders, the role of founder identity in business development, and building a strong communication strategy. The trainer emphasized that the effective presentation of founders not only their products or services, but also their vision, values, and missions plays an important role in building trusting relationships with investors, partners, and customers.

During the sessions, topics such as the main elements of a personal brand, correct identification of the target audience, authentic communication, and professional positioning on digital platforms were explained. In addition, the approaches used to identify the founders' distinctive advantages, integrate personal values into the brand message, and build long-term trust were shared with the participants.

Through practical exercises, the participants analyzed their founder identities and completed tasks to form personal brand strategies.

It should be noted that the marketing module, which is held within the framework of the “Startup School 4: Five Continents, 500 Startups” program, is implemented to increase the opportunities for participating startups to access investment, develop effective communication skills, and increase their competitiveness in international markets.
