The next practical session of the Leadership Module has been held as part of the “Startup School 4” program
The next training session was organized within the framework of the “Leadership and Team Management” module of the “Startup School 4: Five Continents, 500 Startups” global innovation program of the “Enterprise Azerbaijan” portal. The session was presented by Ünsal Sığrı, Vice-Rector of OSTİM Technical University in Turkey.
The second session of the module was dedicated to the development of leadership skills on a practical level. During the training, participants participated in various interactive tasks aimed at self-assessment methods, identifying individual leadership potential, maintaining focus in the decision-making process and forming personal development strategies.
Within the framework of the session, the challenges faced by leaders were analyzed based on real situations and practical examples (case studies), and ways to solve them were discussed. The participants carried out activities aimed at developing effective communication within the team, setting priorities, distributing responsibilities and developing agile decision-making skills.
The trainer emphasized that successful leadership is based not only on theoretical knowledge, but also on continuous self-assessment, practical application of learned skills and the ability to make the right decisions in a real work environment. In this regard, interactive tasks and analysis of real business examples play an important role in strengthening leadership competencies.
During the session, participants identified individual development directions, assessed their leadership skills, and exchanged views on the application of the acquired knowledge and approaches in startup activities.
It should be noted that the “Startup School 4: Five Continents, 500 Startups” program aims to support participants in bringing their innovative ideas to global markets, expanding their access to investment opportunities, and integrating them into the international innovation ecosystem.
