Cooperation is being established between "Enterprise Azerbaijan" and "Astana Hub"

A meeting was held in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, to establish cooperation between the "Enterprise Azerbaijan" portal, operated by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), and "Astana Hub", considered one of the largest innovation centers in Central Asia. Isa Gasimov, Head of the "Enterprise Azerbaijan" portal, met with Daniyar Jumagulov, Director of the International Relations and Investment Office at "Astana Hub."

During the meeting, information was presented regarding the projects implemented by "Astana Hub" toward forming an innovation ecosystem in the region, support programs aimed at startup development, incubation and acceleration mechanisms, as well as advanced practices applied in the promotion of technology-based entrepreneurship. Furthermore, the center's experience in integrating into international innovation networks, attracting foreign investments, and expanding global market access opportunities for startups was brought to attention.

The parties discussed potential cooperation directions between the "Enterprise Azerbaijan" portal and "Astana Hub," including supporting startups' access to international markets, promoting experience and knowledge exchange, and executing joint acceleration programs and innovation projects. Along with this, options for strengthening connectivity among the innovation ecosystems of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States, implementing large-scale innovation projects, and forming shared startup initiatives were also discussed.

As a result of the meeting, a preliminary agreement was reached on initiating relevant official procedures toward establishing and developing cooperative relations between the parties. It was noted that this cooperation will create new opportunities in the fields of innovation, entrepreneurship, and investment in the future phase, while concurrently contributing to the development of a shared ecosystem in the Turkic world.
